1. Scope of Services

• Snow Removal: Clearing snow from driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other areas as agreed upon.
• Lawn Care: Lawn mowing, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and general lawn maintenance.
• Commercial Cleaning: Cleaning services for commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and other business environments.

2. Service Agreement

Estimates and Quotes: AllSeasonChampions.com provides estimates for snow removal, lawn care, and commercial cleaning services based on the information provided by the customer. All estimates are subject to change depending on site conditions and other factors.

Scheduling: Service schedules will be agreed upon at the time of booking. For snow removal, services will be rendered based on weather conditions and snowfall accumulation.

Access: The customer agrees to provide access to the areas to be serviced (e.g., driveway, lawn, commercial space) during the scheduled service window. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information about the areas to be serviced, including any special requests or obstacles (e.g., pets, vehicles, or hazardous conditions).
• Preparation for Services: For lawn care, customers are responsible for removing any objects or debris that could interfere with lawn mowing or care. For snow removal, customers should ensure that vehicles are moved from the areas to be cleared before the scheduled service time.
• Payment: Customers are required to make payment for services rendered in accordance with the agreed-upon rates and payment terms. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Pricing for services will be determined at the time of the estimate and may vary based on the size of the area, the complexity of the work, and the frequency of services.
• Billing Cycle: Snow removal services are typically billed monthly or as part of a seasonal contract. Lawn care and commercial cleaning may be billed on a per-service or subscription basis.
• Late Fees: Payments not received within 5 days of the invoice date will be subject to a late fee of 10% per month.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel or reschedule services by notifying AllSeasonChampions.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation by AllSeasonChampions.com: AllSeasonChampions.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be notified and alternative arrangements will be made.

6. Liability and Insurance

Insurance: AllSeasonChampions.com carries general liability insurance for the protection of its customers and staff. However, customers are responsible for ensuring their property is free of hazards or obstacles that could cause injury or damage.

Damage to Property: While AllSeasonChampions.com takes all reasonable precautions to avoid damage, the company is not liable for any incidental damage caused during the provision of services, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or other minor damage. Customers are encouraged to remove delicate or valuable items from areas being serviced.

7. Service Limitations

• Snow Removal Limitations: AllSeasonChampions.com will make reasonable efforts to clear snow from designated areas, but cannot guarantee complete removal of all snow or ice, especially in extreme weather conditions. Customers are responsible for applying ice melt or taking additional precautions as necessary.
• Lawn Care Limitations: AllSeasonChampions.com will provide lawn care services to the best of its ability but is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, pests, or extreme weather events that affect the lawn’s health.
• Commercial Cleaning Limitations: AllSeasonChampions.com will clean all areas as specified in the service agreement, but is not responsible for damages or loss of items left in the cleaning area.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will remain due, and future services will be canceled.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

AllSeasonChampions.com collects personal information from customers for billing, service scheduling, and communication purposes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Edmonton, Alberta.

11. Amendments

AllSeasonChampions.com reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will apply to all services provided after the date of posting.
