We visit as many times as necessary, with no extra charge for additional visits—just your standard monthly rate.
The timing of snow clearance depends on when the snowfall stops and the service level you choose. With Standard service, you'll be cleared within 24 hours after the snow ends. Premium clients receive clearance up to 8 hours earlier. Express clients get cleared up to 12 hours earlier. In cases of extreme cold or snowfall over 10 cm, time windows may be adjusted, as road conditions can impact our crews. However, we will still clear sites based on priority: Express, Premium, and then Standard.
With Premium or Express service, we will clear your snow once per day if the snowfall is at least 2cm daily. For Standard service, we will come out after the snow has completely stopped.
It depends on when the snow stops. Crews are dispatched as early as 6 am.
Yes, you can sign up for just one month of service. We suggest scheduling it to cover both the start and end of your vacation. This way, you'll have a break from shoveling while you're getting ready to leave and when you're coming back.
We do provide service for multi-family properties up to the size of a 4-plex.

There’s no fee for canceling. Just inform us that you wish to end your service before your next monthly payment is due.
